Fashion Friday: Day to Night Vacation Look

I grew up really thinking I’d need a lot more day to night looks than I do (0, to be correct)- EXCEPT when on vacation. And then it’s more of a packing space necessity- what can I wear multiple ways/ multiple times if I’m careful and don’t spill a margarita on it?

I saw this chartreuse tunic dress on J.Crew and it sort of inspired this whole modern caftan look- both day and night. I also ordered it and the bathing suit too. To the pool or beach- a great long coverup you can throw on to grab lunch, but at night with the right shoes and accessories, a chic island look as well.

Now to just find the time for a vacation.
