Gift Guides 2022: For Little Kids
I ran into Pottery Barn yesterday and was FLOORED by the amount of Christmas stuff out literally a day after Halloween. So I’m kicking off our gift guides early as I can, this one for little kids (I’d say ages 1-8?) A few of these items are on my own kids wishlists (new Switch, “The Claw“, remote control car, dance party light, playhouse, Tonie box). A few things are from my experience with my kids (the ride on horse, the ball pit, craft set, play kitchen, anything dress up- tutu or costume) and a few things I just like (btw, that balance bike with the basket comes as a trike and a big kid bike and a scooter too!). Makes me wish my preteen and teen grandkids were little again so I could buy fun stuff like this. Sigh. I love the playhouse, will you set that up indoors for now and move it outdoors in warmer weather?
Here in Victoria, BC, Canada, some stores put out Christmas goods at the beginning of October. As Hallmark’s Maxine would say “I know it’s almost Halloween because the drugstore has its Christmas display up.”
