I wanted to reach out and update you on the launch of my product line, which has been a trying process to say the least. With growth and expansion of my brand, I have been diligent and thoughtful, but am realizing how much of what happens when taking things to a larger scale is out of my control. Especially on the technology front!
As you may have noticed, some of the pricing on some of the pillows on the Wayfair and AllModern sites has been fluctuating in the last 48 hours. This is a kink that is being worked out as we speak. I am upset that this has happened (along with the other issues we’ve had) and want you to know that I take this VERY seriously and appreciate and respect that you would spend your hard earned money on my goods. So once the price issue has been settled I will let you know how to go about getting a price adjustment if you paid more than what the final price is supposed to be. Thank you for being patient with us while we navigate this crazy path to becoming “a brand”. While it is incredibly exciting (I totally love this collection and don’t want these technical issues to mask that) it is eye-opening and complicated. My appreciation for your time and support is endless.
