I have long loved block printed textiles for both the home and fashion. There is something so delightful about the handmade style of printing and incorporation of color that attracts me every time I see something in the style. So since I missed my fashion post Friday I thought it would be fun to round up my current favorites of block printed items for both the home and fashion! And this warm weather season is the PERFECT time to incorporate something block printed into your home or wardrobe.

I just saw the brand Emerson Fry (with the same caftan) on la dolce vita blog this morning, and have never heard of them’ but looked through the site and love the selection! I wish that block print shirt was available I’d definitely buy. ANd I had no idea world market sold those daybed covers. I need one! This is why I love blogs so much, I have decorated my whole home from inspiration I find on blogs like yours. (Ps I just finished reading your new book last week-love! You use amazing window treatments and I’d love to see a post about recreating some of your looks, like your custom Roman shades, inside vs. outside mount, how to use shades with curtains, etc).
In Provence block print is very traditionnal for men’s shirts, women’s skirts, and curtains.
