Holiday Decor that Takes You from Thanksgiving to Christmas!

I’m itching to decorate for the holidays already, but we still have Thanksgiving to celebrate, so I don’t want to go full Christmas quite yet. I pulled together some neutral decor items that can work for both Thanksgiving AND the winter holidays (and my tips on how to make them work both ways). If it was up to him, Buddy the Elf (a.k.a Andrew) would have a tree up already, but I insist we hold off until after the turkey is digested.  These would be easy to add to the house to make it feel festive but not prematurely North Pole-ish!

1.Lemon cypress trees 2. Gilded wreath (add evergreen accents to it closer to Christmas) 3. I bought these objects for my mantel to mix with the garlands  4. Paperwhites are a classic  5. Fill these cloches with pinecones for Thanksgiving and mini lights for winter holidays 6. A plaid throw  7. Cute tin houses for the mantel or bar (or these cheaper ones)  8. Blueberry garland for the mantle for Thanksgiving, add cedar garland to it for Xmas 9. Cedar garland  10. my current FAVE fall/winter candle  11. A cream knit throw  12. A great faux fur pillow  13. Gilded branches (mix with fall greenery for Thanksgiving and magnolia branches or evergreens for Xmas).  14. My favorite vase for big branches  15. A magnolia wreath is perfect for fall or Xmas (add a festive bow closer to the winter holidays)  16. Add a candelabra to a non-working fireplace (or birch logs)  17. This olive leaf garland can look fall-ish or Xmas-ish!
