My sorority house in college had that exact leopard carpet throughout the house and on our main staircase. Gotta love eccentric Southern decorators. It was the coolest (as were we) :)!!! Seriously though, I had always wanted to bring that into my own home one day…guess I’ll have to wait until I can afford a real house in DC, not my one-bedroom, one-level condo!

Oh, I love some leopard. I put a leopard stair runner in a client’s house and it looks FAB-U-LOUS!
I have leopard carpeting on the 2 sets of stairs in my house… I absolutely LOVE it! And it is completely practical, too. I have 3 year old triplets and and 8 year old. The carpeting is 2 years old, but still looks perfect because the pattern hides every stain! Seriously one of the best decorating decisions I’ve ever made. :)

always loved animal prints, since I was a wee one….and never stopped. On the stairs they are stunners! So I looked (actually stared) at this wonderful roundup for quite some time….and then I noticed in the fourth photo the taj styled archways with nailhead trim. DROOL. Breathtaking….and it gives me an idea…..thank you, thank you for sharing!
