A “Cool” Space.

It is hot as H-E-L-L here in Boston today. So hot that my motivation, spirit, plants and hair are all wilted into a sad, sad state. I am super grateful for my central A/C right now and am craving a clean white and natural filled space to cool off in. One like this…

This begs a question, and I would love to hear any opinions…

When you design a space with a “cool” look, does it then look strange in the middle of winter? My husband and i close on our first house tomorrow (!), and I LOVE this look. I want white and light throughout our home. However, we do live in Wisconsin, where it’s freezing and snowing from November-March. Will my house look absurd at Christmas time?

  3. Love this board! So clean and fresh. I can feel my body temperature dropping a little…

Looks great! I’m curious to know how you put that together on Polyvore. When I went to the site it looked like all clothes. Any pointers would be great! Thanks!
