Ina Garten’s recipe for Beef Bourguignon from her Paris cookbook is much easier and is as delicious and rich as Julia’s. Many less steps. Wonderful for dinner parties or just for your husband or family. Men LOVE this dish and will always think of you as a great cook after you serve it. I really enjoy your blog, thank you for sharing all your creativity and enthusiasm for life.
