As with many people in the blogosphere, I am currently obsessing over the floral arrangements by Dandelion Ranch. I adore their loose, free-spirited feeling and their declaration that formal flower arrangements need not be stiff and forced. The minute I looked at these images the repressed wedding planner in my started plotting…

So I had to do a little grouping based on my favorite arrangement on the website (click on pics for source links):

Oh Erin these wedding ideas are gorgeous!
They ARE so gorgeous–what a lovely thing to wake up to on a gloomy morning in Austin! Looking at the beautiful engagement ring you posted made me wonder what your engagement ring is like–is there any story there, a particular setting/style that you always loved? As I love all of your other jewelry posts, I’m curious what you were drawn to…:)
Brooke- I waivered between wanting a square antique style ring and a simple round solitaire. I ended up with the round solitaire on a simple platinum thin band. My wedding band is a diamond eternity band and I have a second eternity band of diamonds and sapphires that i got for my first anniversary. Stacked together, they look lovely. but as with most things, i still covet the square antique settings with diamonds all around too. Maybe when I get my upgrade in several years :)
Lovely! Just what I needed on a 14 degree morning!
And- holy crap- that is one mother of a diamond in your grouping :)
I love the green bridesmaid dress. I’d definitely wear it again. And the invitations are sweet!
Okay, love the flowers, BUT THAT RING!! Love…

Love everything you picked out. Hmmm…. I wonder if
Steve would mind having another wedding? :)

Beautiful!! I’ll take that, and that, and that…
Good morning Erin-
Can you send me the picture of the ring? I’d like to print it, to give to my husband for an upgrade (after 10yrs, I think I deserve it), hee hee. I’d love to set my round solitaire in that exact setting with the beautiful small diamonds all around. Just beautiful! Thanks for doing what you do – I look forward to your post every morning…….Also, happy holidays to you and yours!
