I was fortunate to attend his yoga + chocolate + wine + cheese workshop this year in DC and can't wait to attend the workshop with Angela who started the wine and cheese yoga sessions. His book is laugh out loud and I find myself gravitating to it for just a pick me up. You should look up his workshops and try to attend. He is an awesome teacher as well. I love Dave.
