A reader wrote me the other day and posed a very good question- where is that book by Ruthie Sommers we were all told was coming about a year ago?
Ruthie has been a favorite of mine since I saw her adorable self (and couch) on the cover of the very first Domino (*sniff), but I feel like lately there’s been radio silence. She has a new website, Ruthie Chapman Sommers Design (which is quite cool)- but no whiff of a book. In place of that, here are some of my favorites of hers…

Ronda of All the best posted the answer to this question a while back. She asked Ruthie this question for us. She sd it will come out but she basically wants it right..so we have to wait.
Thanks for bringing this up, because I have been impatiently waiting for her book for over a year! I saw Ruthie Sommers at a design event in L.A., but I didn't have the nerve to introduce myself.
