Found! Vintage Wallpaper Nursery Cutouts

I remember seeing this nursery in Domino and just FLIPPING OUT about the vintage wallpaper giraffe silhouette. Well, I’ve found it- and a menagerie of other creatures as well, in various cool vintage prints! Inke Heiland crafts them and you can buy them through Romp in Brooklyn.
(p.s. also loving the window shade fabric and the sheepskin rug- I try to put a little sheepskin rug in almost every nursery I do- babies love the feel and I love the look!)

You can even buy birds to put in your tree- and add a birdhouse light fixture for some glow!

You can also get crafty and make one yourself- I still have tons of vintage wallpaper (more here) I’m selling! :)

Erin! cute ideas for nursery.. A friend of mine just used those birds in hers with the tree. I have been trying to find some nursery wallpaper and you are the perfect person to ask- it is the wallpaper used in Tori Spellings son's room on her show Tori and Dean- Home Sweet Hollywood. It is aqua with octopus on it. I have checked the blogs and everyone is asking the same thing. Also if you haven't checked out her decorating from her houses its fabulous! But any help on the octopus wallpaper would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I just adore these. A few months ago one of my favorite little shops went out of business. She had these for 50% off. I was in a "I shouldn't be spending so much money" mood and passed them by. What was I thinking, ugh!

The green giraffe wall paper was featured on the Today show yesterday. A decorator showed it cut up and put into black picture frames and kind of staggered on a wall. It looked really cool and seemed like a good way to make it modern and make it something that the kid might keep in their room as they get older!

I just made my own version of that tree in my daughter's room, I painted the tree trunk and used the wallpaper from a discarded wallpaper sample book for the leaves. It turned out adorable, and cost me less than $4. (Paint was one of those color samples from Home Depot, and the wallpaper book was from Sherwin Williams and was FREE!)
