For A Cool $8 Million This Could Be Home.

While torturing myself this afternoon and looking at real estate in Beacon Hill I will never be able to afford ( a fun past time of mine) I saw this 5,700 square foot townhouse and shriveled up in jealousy. The detail, the light, the inlaid wood floors! If only we could swing a $38,000 a month mortgage. HA!!! I hope whoever buys it calls me… :)

Did you see the 14.5 million one with the roof deck?? All I could think of was how much fun it would be to throw a pool party every afternoon during the summer!! I mean it would only take $68,000 a month for a mortgage payment

How beautiful! But who one earth can afford a mortgage like that at the moment!?

  12. Terri says:

It’s so beautiful. If I lived there, I would not require furniture or clothes. I would just roll around on the floor in my underwear and be thrilled with myself.

I often wonder, “what charmed souls get to live here?” All I can hope is that they appreciate it and aren’t jerks.

Maybe we could all go in together and live there with 10 of us?

    : )

    I love your blog!

Funny, this is the house my husband and I used to sneak into before it got renovated. It was such a dump! We seriously considered an attempt to get investors and buy it, but it just didn’t happen. We could have never ehabbed it like this though….some day.

Wow. Who gets to LIVE this way? And why aren’t they MY friends? ;)

I know you can find this house on http://www.otisahearn.com

I find this has the best listings for boston with the best interface. Most real estate sites are so ridiculously frustrating to use. Plus they won’t spam you.

And no I don’t work for them. I’m Erin’s brother.
