As the holidays approach I am reminded of how much I hate packing. I really do. I always under pack or overpack, never ever finding a healthy balance in which I am not stressed on vacation about what items I meant to bring or worrying about if buying a t-shirt will send my suitcase over the zip-able edge (I broke the zipper on our brand new DVF wedding luggage on our honeymoon that way- too much stuff packed + hawaiian wood salad bowl= ruh-roh).
Pretty luggage does seem to help me be less stressed about packing- it almost quiets me into a “pretty things” zen mindset. I absolutely LOVE these Jane Marvel bags for that reason alone. Gorgeous, durable, lightweight and anything BUT the omnipresent Vera Bradley quilted duffle seen airports all over.
Oh, I just sent a style wardrobe for packing!
Begin with basics and add accessories to change it up!
