My cousin Annie is a buyer at WS Home and gave me a little insider tip yesterday that their foo dog lamps, very reminiscent of the Pieces foo dog lamps, were going on sale today! They are over 50% off- so if you love you some foo, go grab ‘em!
While I was checking out the lamps I was reminded of all the totally lustworthy things WS Home has. Some things on my perma-wishlist:
The mini trunks are A-MA-ZING. Seriously, the first time I saw them in the catalog I just about fainted! Perfection as side tables or paired as a coffee table. I have such a weakness for nail heads.
Great little side table and bright colored cashmere throws? Yes please.
The mirror below is something I have been dying for for like 2 years. LOVE.
You knew there would be some zebra here, come on, it’s ME! These hide rugs are perfection over a big sisal/jute rug. The lighter color is delish, and not easy to find!
The faux bamboo chairs are so great- and the seat cushion is removable so you could take it to an upholsterer and have it recovered in any fabric you wish very easily!
The Devon chandelier is always a favorite- my parent’s even installed one in their dinging room in the antique brass finish. Simply amazing and goes with modern or traditional decor.
The party planning post will have to wait for tomorrow- I need to gather more ideas!
Oh seriously, WSH is incredible. I wish they had more retail stores!

We recently opened a store in Columbus Circle and an outlet on Long Island in case any of your New England readers are willing to make the trek.
Okay, so not a decorator (you should see our place, it's god-awful) but saw these fu dog bookends and utterly thought of you. some ingenuity and they become lamps, or leave as bookends/mantle piece whatnots. If you search “foo dogs” on the site they come up on sale right now- if you look under lighting in teh sale department they do not come up…hmmmm! :)

Oh I want one of everything. I was actually in Pier 1 the other day and their orange and blue foo dogs are on sale for 9.99. I was this close to buying them I actually might go back this weekend. I must find a home for them.
