I happened to get some junk mail from Calico Corners in my inbox this morning and saw that Annie Selke, she of Pine Cone Hill and Dash & Albert fame (and a graduate of my boarding school), was doing a new line for Calico. So of course I went to check it out and she’s got some gorgeous prints- all incredibly affordable. She also has created some furniture that looks promising (I want to see a bigger pic of that coffee table vignette!)

So I was poking around the site and came across SLEWS of gorgeous prints– all super cheap!

-and then I came to a full on screeching cyber-stop. There at Calico are Thomas Paul’s new prints for Duralee– but without his name. Did I unearth a full on fabric scandal or are they offering these fabrics to the trade and to the masses? If so, they better be the same price!!!! I have to stop in there today anyways for some trim so I will certainly see what’s up!

Design Sleuth, over and out.

Isn’t that just the most delish pattern? i think it’s like $20 a yard too….
wow, now that’s a find! can’t wait to check them out myself.
They even carry Mitchell Gold fabrics now… That’s crazy!
Wow I agree with Erika that yellow, black , white combo is too die for. I want it for my dining room. Ah I can’t wait to get off work there is Calico Corner around the corner from my house. I’m in trouble. At 20 a yard that is crazy.
Ohh those are great prints!! I’ll have to find something to use one on. =)
Great discovery!! Thanks for sharing!
I am so obsessed with Thomas Paul lately. These are so gorgeous and I’m loving the color combos.
Who knew?! I only just learned about Calico Corners and I was pleasantly surprised – I cannot believe the prices and they have some really cute fabrics. I was just in a CC and saw some of the Annie Selke prints- who knew?!
Love that yellow one you found! (am trying to figure out where to use it in my house…though I have no yellow anywhere – it would look great covering a chair next to your estate sale buffet!)
Btw, did you see the article (Piling on the Patterns) in the Oct 08 Domino – those two guys used a lot of CC fabrics and I think their place looks great & vibrant.
