For the Foodies


I made this AMAZING Butternut Squash Lasagna for Easter dinner and it was simply amazing. Am eating leftovers now! I substituted sage for the basil and used almond/walnut biscotti instead of amaretti cookies (could not find them)- perfection!!!

    When you were making this, did you put on an affected Italian accent, a la Giada?

    Honestly, I can’t make fun of her. I TiVo her show all the time and have made several of her recipes with great success.
